This was my first experience at this restaurant and I know I will never return as long as our stay here in Switzerland. Our waitress was impatient and asked when we were going "to pay her" immediately after we received our drinks, which we waited for. We had finished our drinks and still no one had come by the table to ask us for our order. At least 15 minutes after ordering our drinks, we had to ask to order and waited another 10 minutes for our pizza. We ordered a prosciutto pizza that was supposed to have tomato, mozzarella, oregano and prosciutto as toppings. When it arrived, all we could do is laugh because it literally looked (and tasted) like a frozen pizza with slabs of ham thrown on the top. It wasn't even cut, nor were we given any utensil to cut it with. Not being food snobs, we shrugged our shoulders and tried it and it was ice cold in the middle. The cheese was lukewarm but old. It certainly was not a fresh made pizza. Then we waited another 25 minutes MINIMUM for the bill, even after we made eye contact with the waiter several times and had our card laying on the table. We finally had to physically motion him over for him to recognize us. And our bill ended up being over 33 francs for the both of us. I'm glad you're not supposed to tip here, because he wasn't getting anything even if tips were expected.
