I get the bad reviews of this place...people turning up at 2:30 expecting it to be busy just isn’t going to happen... this is an afterclub which starts to get busy circa 05:00 and finishes circa 7 hours later at 12:00-12:30. I am a tourist, I got looked up and down at the door but was then let straight in at at what is a 200 UAH entrance charge. This place is defo not for anybody apart from a serious clubber/Techno head - quality techno in the club room and the upstairs bar, both with killer sound system to boot. Massive thumbs up from me

Very unfriendly and racist bouncers/door policy:
I went there with two friends after partying in CHI club at around 3 am because we were told the after party there should be quite nice. We are foreigners (2 German, 1 Portuguese) and had absolutely no trouble entering CHI club but were not admitted to enter Heaven. "There are entry rules that we have to follow", is what we were told. When we asked which of the rules would apply to not letting us in the bouncer couldn't even say anything but told us the same phrase again and thereafter went inside

Nice place but the atmosphere isn't that great. The service is poor and they don't have half the drinks on their menu. No draft beer either. I had to settle for a warm bottle of Corona...

200 gr entry. 105 for a vodka red bull. Excellent dj. But at 2:00 no people there, at 4:20 still only few people, lot of fat girls and guys. I asked staff if I can eat something, they treated me like I'm stupid just because they don't know English. 1500 gr deposit if you want to eat something? Bye.

I had my bachelor party here. Drinks were reasonably priced as well as the food. Loved the atmosphere! DJ kept it rocking till all my friends passed out. The lady dancers kept us entertained ;) ;)

I've never seen something similar in Kiev! An atmosphere is very Friendly, everything is organized on the highest level. I don't know the name of the DJ, but the music was OMG...all the night. I've stayed in Kiev for 3 weeks and I've visited some of the best clubs, people there were absolutely the same, but Heaven by Twee is something really new for Ukraine. I and my friends felt surprisingly comfortable and because of this atmosphere we had an amazing night.
If you want to visit place with beautiful people and have crazy party with awesome music, I would strongly recommend visiting Heaven by Twee

Pour it up
A fashionably elegant place with great vibes. The club meets you with neon signs, a black slick interior and a stylish crowd. Always a fun place to go to.

Rave in Ukraine
This is an afterparty club, so starts late. I arrived at 01:30, no issues with security or face control (I am a white foreigner). Had to wait in upstairs bar until 2am. As I arrived early no cover charge. Bought a sofa downstairs for 5000uah and had a blast. Patrons were friendly and staff prompt until 8am when they forgot drinks.

Things not really busy until 4am, still pumping at 7am. Still quite a few people when I left at 9am. Mostly an older crowd. No narcotics or anything like that but is a techno scene. Had lots of fun and great vibe.

Not bad for a 2 hrs show and we had fun. Kasha patel and Ross Benoit. It's a nice way to spend the evening. I would go back.

Came here on a Saturday night with one of my friends who was in town and well i don't have much to say about this establishment. I guess the one plus is that it has plenty of floors and ample spacing fit for a huge crowd, unfortunately the huge crowd or even any crowd was what was missing from my latest experience here. In all fairness the weather was pretty cold outside so that may have contributed but overall it was a pretty uneventful experience. The heaven on the top floor hell on the bottom club concept seemed great in theory but on that night there just weren't enough individuals to fill either floor as everyone was sitting in a small basement like room on the bottom floor waiting for some sort of party to start despite the music being played by the DJ downstairs and in the completely empty upstairs area. Maybe I'll give this spot another shot during the summer but for now I don't recommend making this your primary party spot on a Saturday night in Adams Morgan.

This place is cool place to hang out at.  I heard the Foam-Brite Condenser Coil Cleaner cocktail is to die for. Maybe try a rum and coke or cranberry and vodka. Mistakes happen. They need some good PR. They should just make their own non-toxic cocktail called Lemon Yellow Death that comes with a free sticker that says I survived heaven and hell.
