Sage

This bar is great. It is predominantly outdoors, next to the river, with a very cool atmosphere and polite, relaxed staff.

Went for a couple of drinks and Currywurst with some friends, and found Sage to be reasonably priced, with good quality food.

I would recommend it, purely for the location, but if you're there, you may as well have a drink...

Woops, I haven't reviewed Sage? This club taught me what clubbing means, and I will always have fond memories of drunken nights there.

Seeing these business photos is funny; I don't even recognize Sage by day, but by night, lines of people wait outside, snaking around the corner, to get in. I braved rain, snow, sleet, and coldness to hit up Sage quite a few times.

One night, we were early and sat on random beds in one of the bar areas (that episode of SATC when Carrie brings her friends to that NYC club, aptly named "Bed," comes to mind) and were handed free shots. There's some kind of VIP pool area that I never had access to.

There are a bunch of bars, lots of people, music, and dancing. Told ya, taught me what a club really is.

Well, This place was the best nightclub ive ever been to......

Berlin is known for its epic nightclubs anyway! so it shouldn't have been a surprise when i came here.. but i still managed to be astounded...

Its underground, its cool, its wild, its different, its fun, its crazy !!!..... the crowd and atmosphere here was electric ! .... this is where all the Germans come.. no tourists... so you get a real taste for the authentic clubbing lifestyle here..

They played intense techno in one room... intense heavy metal in another.. and indie in another... you can smoke in the clubs.. they dont kick you out untill abut 6 in the morning..

Make sure you come here with all your energy as you will be going all night !

They are strict enough who they let in... unlike most clubs - the more casual you look - the better .. they have a very alternative dress code.. Just stroll up in your jeans, boots, and a cool t-shirt and your sorted...

What a awesome place to stay, 4 different dance floors under the same roof.
Was supposed to be there for a little while but ended up staying there the whole night drinking and singing with the rest of my fellow headbangers

Good music in a variety of rooms. Plenty of room and choice of drinks inside. Door staff very polite. Unfortunately one or two members of staff inside let the place down. After asking for a drink in English the bar woman exclaimed ‘I’m not in the mood to serve tourists’ - her colleague then tried to charge 30 euros for two drinks without any spirits. This was completely unprovoked! To the slim, dark haired, tattooed woman who works in the bar near the pool, I hope your manager reads this!

Very Nice place with different room. Bier for 3euros. Very good live Dj and bands. Smooking allowed inside

Nice weekend place
It's full of local and we visited during a beautiful Sunday weekend when everybody tried to get some sunbathe and enjoy a glass of beer or Aperol. There's a DJ present, so you may spend alice, year a bit weird afternoon in times. There's a restaurant within those premises, but we haven't tried.

Amazing club
We went on a rock night. The decor is really fun, especially the dragon over the dance floor. Entry was 8 Euro and the atmosphere was very friendly. We danced all night and I can't wait to go back.

Good music. We saw two live acts which were incredibly loud for the space. It is impossible to actually hear what they say or the different instruments. It is all a big loud noise. The different rooms all had good music. The bar stopped searving cocktails at 10pm!!! That is insane!!! We qeued for 20 minutes just to be told that the bartender doesn t do cocktails anymore. Had a beer instead which was nice, but it does make me wonder why they stop so early.

I really liked the furnishings, and (that's more of a personal taste) the underground dancefloor. The place was really full of people but not crowded, and that was a cool feature.
I would definitely come back again!

Starts late goes forever. We left at 4am and everyone was still going strong. There are multiple rooms and bars with different music playing. Definitely a unique experience, there is also a pool so of course I had to jump in it. If you don't like rock/metal, Sage may not be the place for you, but it has something to offer for everyone.

Really nice place, I went on Thursday, no entrance fee cause it was slightly before 10; the staff at the door was acceptably nice, once inside the waiters were good and professional, there were drink lists with prices on every bar and the prices were cheap and accurate, at the end of the night I didn't even bothered myself with checking the change the bartender gave me, this was very refreshing after certain experiences in other bars in Berlin; the place itself is really nice, 3 dancing rooms, each one themed, one of them with live rock/heavy concerts, and to other rooms without music, one chill lounge to rest and drink and the swimming pool area with sauna; lots of cool people as well, really nice vibes, I can only recommend it.
