Chez Maman

Great drag shows and nice atmosphere. However, I wonder what happens if there is an emergency (i.e. a fire). The main door and the door to the show area are constantly locked by the bouncer and the place is always packed. The emergency exit is also locked... Eventually, female customers are rarely welcome during busy hours.

One of Brussels LGBTQI institution. Drag queen shows every 30 minutes on Friday and Sunday, occasionally on Thursday too. Check Facebook for more information on events.
Entrance is free and can take longer if your group is more made of females than males (which is sad) but you'll have to put your belongings at the cloakroom. Drinks are a bit pricey but you pay for the staff and the shows.
Can get crowded around 1am.

Passing through Brussels, I went with some friends to Chez Maman and we had a great evening!! The atmosphere was great, the shows really great, the music very danceable and the cocktails delicious and affordable. I keep a very pleasant memory!

Attention cult place of the capital. Mom welcomes us with her daughters for an unforgettable evening. Shows all night long and super friendly staff. Free entry and the price of drinks is totally affordable. A place to discover on Friday and Saturday evening. Guaranteed atmosphere
