Ignorant staff and bad customer service
Unfortunately our visit was destroyed by ignorant staff and extremely low focus on customer service. To let people pay the entrance and then show them directly out Is not ok. Then you should not let them in, in the first place. People pay a lot to enter, buy drinks and enjoy the place. I feel the staff is acting like they don’t understand who pays they salary, unfortunately . And I am not talking about bad behavior, then I would totally understand. I was very correct in my approach, however totally ignored by the staff. And I think that the staff should give attention to their guests, not their mobile phones.
Not recommended! I hope the management will look over what should be focused on here
